Cancellation / Refund Policy
- If the Customer leaves the GinGly before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the
My Kids Diary ( owns www.GinGly.com ) to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
On cancellation of yearly and life time package, the amount will be refunded to their respective accounts registered with in 90-120 days from the date of request only on yearly & life time subscription package.
Cancellation policy for monthly subscription package will be repaid as how you paid us month on month. For example, you paid us for 1st month emi and 2nd month emi and cancel the service by month end.
We will refund you 6th month and 7th month accordingly how you paid us month on month.
My Kids Diary ( owns GinGly.com ) reserves the entire right to modify/amend/remove this privacy statement anytime and without any reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract/agreement between
My Kids Diary and any user visiting the GinGly website or providing identifying information of any kind.
